About Me
I’m Rachel, licensed nerd and travel-lover. After growing up in the beautiful mountains of Missoula, MT, I packed my bags in 2007 to attend college in the great Northwest city of Portland, OR. Despite my love for Portland’s delicious food and “proud to be weird” culture, my compulsion to explore uncharted territories could not be repressed, which drove me to leave my job in 2014 to embark on backpacking adventures through Asia and Europe. Since then, I’ve been self-diagnosed with a chronic case of the “travel bug”, and recently finished a Creative Writing & Publishing MA in London, UK.
