So, the Thailandia saga continues...

Despite our best efforts, we could no longer resist the seductive pull of Thailand’s lovely beaches.

We really tried.

Hello Phuket!

Patong Beach is a popular spot for tourists to drink, play, and, naturally…

see fat mamas.

Moving on...

Although I adored the sun, sand, and fat mamas, the fresh fruit stands were to die for.

So juicy and delicious…I’m afraid I’ll never enjoy American store-bought mango again!

Of course, I did eat real meals once in a while.

Too tasty.

However, our time in Phuket was only a warm-up for our next destination...

The Island of Koh Phangan

Home of the Full Moon Party!

Once a month, thousands of people flock to this beautiful island to shack up in resorts and bungalows, lounge on the beach, and, of course…

party, party, party!

In the days and nights leading up to the full moon, the beach is alive with music, fire limbo, and buckets galore.

Yet, the Full Moon Party is truly the star of the show.

On this night, the entire beach is lined with a variety of DJ stages, risers for dancing, fire shows, light displays, overflowing buckets, and thousands of painted, happy partiers!

I must say, the whole experience was incredible–a great way to end our stay in Thailand.

Now, of course, it’s time to detox.

No. More. Buckets.

Luckily, South Korea is the perfect place!
